Your details and your journey.

The form records your route, date, time, passenger and luggage counts, requested vehicle class, flight number (when supplied), name, email, phone number and comments. These details are used to review your request, contact you and organise the transfer.

Requests are stored in the booking system and available to authorised dispatchers. If enabled, order notifications are sent to the operator’s configured email address and Telegram chat, including your booking and contact details.

When Google Maps is connected, Google receives address searches and the pickup/dropoff locations used for map and driving-route previews, as well as normal technical connection data. Maps do not receive your name, email, phone, flight number or comments from this form. We do not request your GPS location. For details, see Google Privacy Policy. You can enter addresses manually if the map service is unavailable.

Sending this form does not take payment or confirm a transport contract. Avoid including payment card data or sensitive personal details in comments.
